Fauzi Jurnalis is the managing partner of Jurnalis & Ponto Law Firm. Fauzi is a well-known figure in both the legal and financial industry with over 20 years of experience. He has extensive experience in the Banking sector both domestically and international. He is also an entrepreneur and a skilled negotiator successfully handling numerous transactions and settlements.
He obtained bachelor in law from University of Padjajaran, Bandung and he also equipped himself with further legal master degree at University of Indonesia, Jakarta, majoring in Economic Law.
With broad knowledge and experience covering corporate, commercial, capital markets, debt restructuring and fund raising, Fauzi has represented dozens of clients from the Banking, Oil, and financial industry. He is also practice much as debt negotiator or mediator in Bankruptcy matters.
Fauzi holds licenses to practice law in Indonesia and is a member of PERADI and the member of Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants (HKHPM).
